One of the new songs by Lil Wayne, "How to Love", has been riding the top charts for quite a while now. It's pretty easy to play with the piano or keyboard, the only difficulty is that most of the melody is quite "rapped" and he does it significantly fast to be able to play it on the piano.
Here are the chords that I use for keyboard/piano:
B - BM7 - EM7 - Em6 (This cycles from start to finish)
For the guitar, I put the capo on the 3rd and use this chords (just a simple transpose of 3 half steps for the piano/keyboard chords)
G - GM7 - CM7 - Cm6 (You may use Cm instead of Cm6 for simplicity)
A very young musician by the name of Birdy has created this beautiful song titled Skinny Love. The chords are really simple cycling from C#m-A-E partitions and E-G#m-C#m on some parts. I've posted the music widget below so you can listen to it.
American Idol 10's Chris Medina came out with this moving song for his special girl. The MTV is a compilation of their happiest moments together. The piano accompaniment is really good and the chords are easy to play. You can listen via the mini player below.
Here are the chords as well:
Intro:
F - G - C, C/E - F - F - G - Csus - C
Stanza:
F - G - C, C/E - Am(add9) - Am(add9)
F - G - C, C/E - F - F - Gsus - Csus - C
Chorus:
F(add9) - Gsus - C - C
F(add9) - Gsus - Am - Am
F(add9) - Gsus - C, G/B, Am, C/E - F - F - Gsus - G
I've posted a link of the sheet music below, which you can get the first page for free.
This one song I heard from Black Eyed Peas is really easy to play on the piano. I have the notes here. The site requires to sign up to view the files. Don't worry, it's free to download, no spam emails. I placed it at $0. I will be placing the free sheets here in the future. (As of now, even though the file is set at $0, paypal requires at least $0.01 to get the file -- sorry about this but we're trying to fix this issue.)
Collaborations are really the "in" thing nowadays and I must say they're doing great. I'm liking songs that have a gentle melody to it accompanied by rap parts. Which is why I'm starting to like Skylar Grey (also did the song Coming Home).

The complete sheets are sold here along with other new sheets. You will need to sign up to get to see the selection. :)
When I first heard this song, I knew this was going to be a hit! Well, got clues from the number of Youtube hits on the video too, LoL! Jessie J is a really new artist and she's lucky to have a good collaboration with B.o.B., who's got some great collabs with artists like Bruno Mars (Nothing on You) and Paramore's Haley Williams (Airplanes).
The chords are very easy to play too:
F - Am7 - Dm - Bb (this repeats on every stanza and chorus)
Thanks for musictranscriber99 for letting me post this video (he's also linked his video here so double thanks!). Get the first page here. The complete sheets are sold here.
This song by Adele is making it good on the charts today. Not only that, this has great piano accompaniment! I've got the first page here for preview. Really easy and you can pretty much sing as the arrangement is for vocal accompaniment. Check out this video!
There are lots of sheet music here too once you've signed up on their site. :)
I was trippin' one day and thought of making free sheets for one of the soap operas currently watched in Philippine prime time. This is the theme from Mutya, a soap opera that features a little mermaid type of plot. Filipinos call mermaids "sirena" in the native dialect. I've only posted the first page since I have yet to finish the rest of it. I hope you like it and try it out for yourself. The arrangement is fairly easy to play.
Get the first two pages here. Just skip the ad then choose slow download on the following window. I'll update in a week to add the remaining pages so keep checking! :)
